To Create a Markup

Click the Create Markup tool.
The Create Markup tool setting window opens, and the placemark tool is attached to the cursor.

In the Create Markup tool settings window, select the name and enter a description for the markup. From drop-down menus, select the Priority and Status. Enter the name of person(s) or department to whom the markup is assigned.

With the placemark tool, snap to an element in the review model to mark the location of the markup.
The markup is added to the list box in the Markups dialog.
A saved view and a 2D markup sheet are created for the selected view. A linkset is created to link the placemark element with the markup sheet.
Pause your cursor over the placemark icon to preview the 2D markup sheet. From the preview, you can open the markup, apply the markup saved view, or open the Markup Preview window.
